How long does the off-road adventure last?
Our adventure typically lasts 4 to 8 hours, stops for sightseeing, meals, and cultural immersion.
What destinations are included in the tour?
The journey takes you through some of El Nido’s hidden gems, including:
- Barotuan River (eco-river experience)
- Bucana Bridge crossing
- Sibaltan Heritage Park (cultural immersion)
- Ille Cave & Museum (archaeological site)
- Bulalacao Falls (refreshing natural escape)
How many people can join per vehicle?
Each 4x4 can comfortably accommodate 6 to 12 passengers, plus the driver/guide.
Can children join the ride?
Yes! Children are welcome, but for safety, those under 7 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, you may cancel or reschedule your booking. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so we can adjust the schedule and accommodate other guests.
What is your refund policy?
- Full refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before your tour.
- 50% refund if you cancel within 24 hours before the tour.
- No refund for last-minute cancellations (less than 12 hours) or no-shows.
For rescheduled bookings, your payment will be applied to your new date.
Do you allow pets on the ride?
For safety and comfort, we do not allow pets on the off-road tours. The terrain can be rough, and we want to ensure a safe experience for all guests.
Do you offer private or group tours?
Absolutely. You can choose a private tour for an exclusive vehicle and personalized schedule, or a join-in group tour for a more social adventure. Discounts are available for larger groups booking multiple vehicles.
Do you arrange pick-up and drop-off from hotels?
Yes, we provide complimentary pick-up and drop-off within El Nido town proper. For locations outside town, such as Nacpan or Sibaltan, a small additional transport fee may apply.
What happens if it rains on the day of my tour?
Light rain can actually make the off-road experience more exciting, and tours usually continue as scheduled. However, in case of severe weather, flooding, or unsafe trail conditions, the tour may be rescheduled for your safety. If rescheduling isn’t possible, you’ll receive a full refund.
Is the tour available all year round?
Yes! Mr. Momo Off-Road tours operate all year round. Some routes may be adjusted during the rainy season for safety and comfort, but we’ll always make sure you enjoy an unforgettable adventure.
Is the off-road experience safe for beginners?
Yes. Our tours are designed for all levels, including first-timers. Each ride is led by an experienced driver-guide who prioritizes safety while ensuring plenty of fun.
Do I need a driver’s license to join?
No. Guests ride as passengers, so a driver’s license is not required.
What safety gear is provided?
We provide helmets (if required by terrain), and safety briefings before every ride. Our vehicles are regularly maintained to handle tough trails.
Are there weight, height, or age restrictions?
For comfort and safety:
- Children under 7 years old must ride with an accompanying adult.
- Maximum of 4–5 passengers per vehicle.
- Guests with serious back, heart, or mobility issues should consult us before booking.
